My wife and I recently decided to remodel our laundry room so that we could make room for a larger washer and dryer. The first big job was just to get all from the clutter out, it was a mess! After that we took out our previous washer and dryer (top loaders) and tossed those, then stripped the partitions bare of the old shelving that was falling apart. Then we replaced the floor, painted the walls and put in our new front loading washer and dryer units, which are supposed to be much more efficient. To finish off our little laundry room remodel, we place in new area efficient storage along the partitions and above the washer and dryer as well to maximize storage space. Now we have plenty of storage space for all of the misc junk that was cluttering up the ground!
